Over 40 ideas, amazing recipes and drinks to share! I have so much fun looking at recipes people come up with. So many of these I would make any day not just for Cinco de Mayo, but They are perfect just for the day too! I will be getting creative and making some wonderful recipes from this list for my kiddos for the day. I don’t think we will do much else, but hey – who doesn’t love some great food and fun at home? We do!

  1. I’d like to make those spicy shrimp tacos for my son and his wife when they come to visit. That’s a nice twist to have it a bit spicy.

  2. Man, I love Cinqo de Mayo! All that Mexican food! It is so delicious! I am looking forward to trying some of these recipes myself!

  3. We will be celebrating fight night and my son’s birthday the weekend prior to Cinco De Mayo so we have a lot of food related events coming up. Mexican food is always a family favorite and I will never turn down a good cocktail!

  6. It’s Cinco de Mayo at my house all the time because I loooooove Mexican food. When I lived in the south it was more of an obsession. Now that I live here in the north, the taste just isn’t the same so I make most of it myself.

  7. My, oh my ! These all look so delicious! Mexican is always a hit here, so we tend to have it a lot. It’ll be nice to have some new recipes to mix in the rotation.

  11. I have not prepared in the slighest bit for our cinco de mayo dinner yet. We usually do a small celebration with as much Mexican food as we can serve. Nothing makes my family happy more than a tasty meal.
