Get It All Done in The Kitchen With the KenmorePro Professional Blender This Holiday Season + GIVEAWAY!

This is the time of year so many of us are in the kitchen making food, trying new recipes and baking our little hearts out. So, what better way to get ready for this busy time of year than making sure you have all the essential and top grade appliances in your kitchen at arms reach!

Lately we’ve been trying to shy away from fruit juices and artificial basically junk drinks when we have our meals. We’ve been trying to incorporate more smoothies, and even some healthier milkshakes into our diets, and our kids as well. Meal time growing up I would have to drink milk or nothing at all — So while I appreciate that now as an adult I didn’t as a kid and I often would either drink milk which would fill me up with my meal or nothing at all so I don’t want to do that with my kids. I want them to enjoy smoothies with their meals and make sure they are getting more fruit and even veggies (you can hide just about anything in a smoothie)!

This new heavy duty blender by the looks of it looks like it costs a pretty penny. My husband thought at least upwards of $400 but guess what? This professional blender although looks and acts like a super swanky expensive appliance is really affordable at just $149.97! Nope, I’m not joking! Talk about a really great steal.

Thanks to Sears Canada, who sent me this blender — which is the perfect size for my family so we can all have our smoothies at meal time to try out and review. I am looking forward to the holidays this year and what I will be able to create quickly, and effortlessly!

With it’s powerful 1450 W motor, Variable Speed with plus and 6 blade design, the KenmorePro Professional blender is the only blender you need in the kitchen. It has a family sized 2L jug perfect for everything your family needs and it’s BPA Free so you know its safe to use. It has impact resistant plastic and the best part? You can prepare hot soup in MINUTES!

Last night we made some pretty amazing smoothies for a bedtime snack after we painted all day long, so I thought I’d share how awesome the blender works with you all.

We added 2 scoops of ice cream as, a dash of milk, fresh raspberries, banana and pineapple. It was tasty, and best of all it wasn’t all of any junk. The best part? It was ready within a few seconds. SECONDS. It’s very fast, and it’s very quiet. Something I really look for in all appliances, especially ones I will be using often as I don’t want the noise to wake the baby while she sleeps or disrupt any of the other kids — sometimes mama would like to enjoy her own drink, you know what I mean?

I am going to be making some soups and chilli over the next few weeks, and also some yummy holiday drinks. I love that this blender is so heavy duty you can crush ice an even chop it up, it’s got 6 blades that really work wonders quickly.

If you are in the market for a new blender, but don’t think you can afford the swanky looking ones that are really pricey (and sometimes aren’t the best t the job)! you are in luck with the budget friendly Kenmore Pro Heavy Duty Professional Blender. It looks really good on the kitchen counter, and gets the job done — and quickly!

This blender will be so helpful come Christmas. With so many different things to create, and make I will be done in no time. This blender is really quick, and that is really what I need in my kitchen. I don’t have time to mess around when it comes to being in the kitchen.

What else is really special about the KenmorePro Professional Blender is the safety features. My favourite being a motor with a  safety switch that disables the motor when the jug is not proper.

The Blender has a wide spout so it’s easy to pour too — I’ve found with other blenders or appliances the spout isn’t ever sufficient enough, and it causes such a mess. But I didn’t have that issue with the Kenmore Pro. No mess, in a house with 9 people that’s generally unheard of but was a welcome surprise!

I love the way it looks, and the fact it’s so quiet. I’m really looking forward to putting it to the test during the holidays when its a really busy time but I have no doubts it will hold true up exactly how I know it will.

Our wonderful friends over at Sears Canada have so graciously offered up ONE (1) KenmorePro Heavy Duty Professional Blender for ONE (1) of you lovely readers!! Woohoo.

  1. This looks like a great blender and I need a new one. I could use it to make my fruit and protein shakes.

  2. I would have to look into different recipes I would do (I know tomato soup for sure) but right now I can’t stop thinking about that delicious peanut butter and chocolate smoothies I can make mmmm

  3. I grow my own hot chillies, I’d throw a bunch of them in with some garlic, salt, vinegar and some mango and make some homemade hot sauce!

  4. i would love this to make really good smoothies – does I deal with ice well? I find most blenders don’t crush ice – that is important to me!

  5. I love milkshakes to no end. Those are easily a snack at any time of year for me! I would have to whip up a mixed berry shake!

  6. I would love to try a cream of broccoli or some sort of soup but I am pretty sure I would be trumped by hubby and the kids because they will be aaalllll for either the soft icecream or smoothie.
