Valentine’s Day is coming up quickly. Have you been thinking about what you’d like to get your loved ones? I love getting my kids a little something on Valentine’s Day as well as my husband. Of course my kid’s look forward to handing out Valentine’s Day cards at school but they also love coming home and finding a little unexpected gift waiting for them. This year I’m ditching the chocolate in the house and we are going a little more cuddly. We are also going out to pick it up together — which will only add to the surprise and fun!
Every year I tend to go a little crazy with Valentine’s Day but this year I’m going sweet and simple. I’m heading to Build-A-Bear and will be taking each of my sweets with me! We are going to also make a donation in the store to support Save the Children’s Journey of Hope program. Something I am really glad to be able to share with my children, what could be a better opportunity to show them how to give back by caring and donating?
If you want to put a little more thought into your gift giving this year, stop in to a Build-a-Bear location and pick up one of these adorable Sweet Scent Collection bears!
Show your sweetheart you care by customizing a furry friend with accessories or add a personalized message on a Build-A-Sound recordable chip.
The Sweet Scent Collection is available now in Build-A-Bear Workshop locations across Canada and online at buildabear.ca
The Sweet Scent Panda, Leopard and Teddy are $25 CAN each (applicable taxes and accessories extra).
Build-A-Bear Workshop and Build-A-Bear Foundation are also encouraging you to share your heart with Save the Children Canada to help provide schools and communities with youth programs.
Show Your Sweetheart How Sweet YOU Are!
Until the end of February, guests can make a donation in stores or online to support Save the Children’s Journey of Hope program. In stores, guests can also sign a Valentine’s Day card to be delivered to children across Canada through Save the Children.
What are your plans for Valentine’s Day this year? Could you plan a trip to a Build-A-Bear Workshop?
