Make a paste by mixing just enough witch hazel to make the baking soda sticky. Put this paste on the bites as needed.
A combination of milk and water applied to your mosquito bites will keep you from clawing at your skin. The proteins in the milk help the bitten areas heal faster while relieving the itch.
Mix equal parts of skim milk (the less fat, the better) and water in a bowl. Soak a clean handkerchief in the liquid and lay it over the bites a few times a day.
Aloe may be one of the “super remedies” when it comes to skin issues. Useful for way more than just sunburn, the gel from an aloe plant can be used to relieve the itching associated with bug bites. Apply aloe on the affected areas a few times a day to keep the scratching at bay.
