It all looks pretty amazing right? I love Chicken Cordon Bleu it’s always been one of my faves and now being able to put a twist on it, make different recipes and serve them to my family is pretty fabulous!

    Chicken Cordon Bleu is one of my favorite dishes in the world, but I haven’t had it in a very long time. I wish I knew how to make it, I mean it sounds simple enough but I am probably one of the worst cooks so I don’t wanna spoil this dish for myself.

    I love Chicken Cordon Bleu recipes! Growing up it was a family favorite and now my kids get to enjoy on our monthly menu in some variation or other! I think it’s the combo of salty hams and a flavorful variety of cheeses!

    I used to make chicken cordon bleu from scratch. The pounding … the stuffing … the rolling … etc. Then I discovered that the deli department in our supermarket sold them uncooked, but already assembled and breaded. Ha! No more poundong stuffing and rolling!

    I rarely make chicken cordon bleu and we forget how much we love it in between lol. My hubby’s a huge chicken parm fan so that’s one chicken/cheese dish that makes it into semi regular rotation. I think I’m going to have to switch it up a bit though.
