Dr. Cocoa – End the Cold Battle With a Smile!

I have 6 kids, and it’s a well known fact when one of them gets sick generally they ALL get sick. Well, During the school year like many kids my kids will get a cold (or five!) germs are everywhere and there isn’t much we can do about preventing the colds, but there is something we can do about relief and making the whole process smoother and more comfortable.

Did you know during the school year  school aged children typically have 8-12 colds a year. EIGHT TO TWELVE. In a new national survey of U.S. parents of school aged children (ages 4-13), 40% say that they find it isn’t always easy to give their child(ren) over-the-counter liquid cough and cold medicine. Of those surveyed, one-third of parents believe the taste of the medicine impacts how easy it is to give their child the medicine. My kids were the same, However now I am grateful. Grateful there is a cold medicine that not only tastes great but does the job, and does it well.

In Comes Dr. Cocoa with Relief!

Get relief with Dr.Cocoa! This past week my whole entire house had a runny nose, cough and awful sinus headaches. When Dr. Cocoa arrived not only was I relieved I would be able to get some relief for my poor kids, but also because I knew there wouldn’t be a fight. Cough Syrup is usually heavy, a bright color and generally awful tasting. But a chocolate cough medicine? I knew this wouldn’t be a fight, and I was right.

My kids rarely miss school unless necessary (sick is usually the reason) so when they get sick I can’t wait to get them feeling their 100% selves again. New Dr. Cocoa for Children is the first ever FDA approved over-the-counter Chocolate flavored liquid cold medicine for kids ages 4-13! It’s soothing, effective ingredients and 10% real cocoa which taste great  really does work!

drcocoa2Before my kids tried it my husband and I had to try it too, only a little sample on our pinkies but boy were we surprised! It tastes really good, and just like chocolate! I couldn’t believe it.

When my kids took the Dr.Cocoa Nighttime that first night before bed, not only did I not have a single fight I was also told “This can’t be medicine! It doesn’t taste like there’s any in it! It’s just chocolate!” At that point I was thrilled that not only would taking cold medicine be easy from now on, the colds wouldn’t last nearly as long either because relief would be quick and simple!

I’m happy to say after only two days my kids are all feeling much better! Last night they even tried to tell me they needed some more medicine because, well, “WHAT IF WE COUGH AT NIGHT?” Silly kids, what kids request cold medicine? I guess if it tastes like yummy chocolate and gives relief – I would want some too!

As a mom of 6 I am thankful for Dr.Cocoa! This has completely changed the way we do colds now, and the fights that come with them. Say goodbye to Cold Battles, and hello to this happy, relieved smile!
