    I do take vitamins daily. They alternate but right now I’m taking Webber Naturals.

    I actually take the Women’s Vitafusion vitamin daily. My spouse takes the Men’s.. They are very good.

    I’m pretty good at taking my gummi multi vitamin. I’m less good at taking the horse pill solid vitamins. I think I’ll go down the gummi route from now on when I buy new supplements.
