Disclosure: I have partnered with YMC and Hans Dairy and have received compensation for this post. All opinions in the post are my own.

Weekday mornings can be busy and somewhat stressful for us parents. We want to make sure none of the kids forget anything they need to bring to school, or that we miss the bus in the mornings! To me, the hardest part can often be breakfast.

Some of my kids are hungry when they wake up while others take a while to feel like eating anything, so I need to make sure we have something quick to whip up 5 minutes before we need to leave the house, so they don’t miss their bus. I will not send my kids to school without eating breakfast, it is, after all, the most important meal of the day!

Hans Dairy makes products such as smoothies, lassies, rice pudding, whipped butter and yogurt in their traditional and time-honored small-scale operation. It’s a family business serving families.

It’s important to fuel our kid’s bodies for the day of learning they are about to embrace upon. I love changing things up. Yogurt with fruit, pancakes, eggs and toast and even rice pudding mixed with fruit and a healthy smoothie for breakfast.

Nothing fuels a child’s day like a good, filling breakfast that is good for them.

For the last few weeks, I change it up. One of the favorites in the house right now is Rice Pudding with Mixed fruit and a fruit smoothie with a slice of toast. Yes, in case you are wondering my kids eat a lot. They are growing so we always want to make sure they are getting exactly what they need.

Hans Dairy provides a healthy choice for school lunch boxes and snacks with their tasty and nutritious smoothies. Hans Dairy products are a natural choice for time-starved, busy moms. By using rice pudding as a lunchtime snack, or using lassi with added fruit to make a quick homemade smoothie.

Recipe – Quick Rice Pudding Fruit Breakfast:

With a Hans Dairy smoothie on the side, this breakfast is sure to fill and please little bellies before heading off to school!

That’s definitely a good choice for breakfast! I’ve always liked yogurt and I usually add them to my smoothie recipes. That rice pudding is something that I’d love to try!

Dairy is a great way to start the day. We have some every morning in some form. Smoothies, cereal, or plain in a glass, it really helps us to start the day on a good note.

I love products like this that strive to be clean and health for the consumers. These would be great for our busy mornings, and I can give them to my son without feeling guilty about all of the extra sugar and preservatives.

Mornings aren’t the best time of day around here. But having a yummy reason to get out of bed will help! Love that I can start out well without a ton of work!

This looks like a great new product to try. My grandchildren are all good eaters and they are open to try new food offered to them. They love yogurt so this would not be a struggle to feed to them. I’m adding this to my grocery list so I have them on hand if in case I have to babysit for them.

I am really into yogurt. One of my favorite snacks. I like these yogurt smoothies too!

  • Reply Ira September 28, 2017 at 11:17 am

Most likely it’ll be blueberry first.

We are big on yogurt in our house. It is a quick grab and go breakfast and snack as well. Throw in some fruit, or make a smoothie and we’re good to go! I’m going to try this Hans Dairy brand too. Adding it to my grocery list.
