Grocery shopping is one of my favourite things! Has been since I was sixteen years old! Although the cart is full of many different items than it was back then such as fruit and veg, it’s also filled with old favourites! Having a teen in the house and two preteens mean a lot of snacking! Although to look at them all you’d never know it; my kids never stop eating!

When heading to the grocery store, one thing is for sure; I always want my cart to have items for everyone. Quick, and Easy snacking ideas are always on my mind. This brings me to McCain Pizza Pockets. A staple in our home for as long as I can remember, and now is a critical part of our grocery shops!

Pizza pockets do look like a great alternative to junk food or cold sandwiches, especially for the kids who can pop them in the oven themselves. I’ve not seen them in the stores, but will make an effort to look for them.

I think my husband would love these for nights we don’t feel like cooking. They look really yummy and way better than pizza pops (or whatever they are called)

I used to have pizza pockets all the time as a kid! The only thing to be careful of is how hot they get in the centre – I’ve burnt my mouth a few too many times haha

I’ve had pizza bagels but never pockets. These look so tasty. I could see how they would make for a great snack or quick dinner when you don’t have much time.

I’m so glad to see that these snacks are free of artificial flavors and preservatives. That has always been my one complaint with many frozen foods, they taste so fake. I like my pizza to taste fresh.

Confession, pizza hot pockets are my most favorite indulgence. And they’re just awful for you! This looks like a much better option and one I would feel good feeding to my children.

I’ve never heard of this brand before, but it sounds like a yummy food! I don’t live in Canada, but do have friends who live there, so I’ll be sure to share with them.

Certainly a better choice than chips or a greasy burger! I’m anxious to try the Harvest Pockets too, which actually have veggies in them.
