    My fitness goals were something I really struggled with and still do but they are different. Now it’s about how fitness makes my mind feel vs lose weight and I also find the type I enjoyed more. It’s made a huge difference and my goals are so different from before!

    I really agree with these tips, especially starting small. I often make really big fitness and healthy eating goals, and then, like you, feel bad when they don’t work out. This year I set much smaller goals, and it’s going much better.

    I totally agree that a big reason for failure is unrealistic goals. I am working on my fitness but setting small realistic goals to keep myself on track.

    Great fitless goals. I am actually thinking now that we are approaching spring, I might cancel my gym membership so I can take longer walks and save money at the same time!

    I am in full agreement with all your points. People overreach when it comes to starting out with fitness. They want to do it all at once and they want to go all out. I started out like that too, years ago and later I realised I needed to take it slow and it helped me stay the course.

    I found that my fitness goals were failing every year because they were unrealistic. I set my goals so high that I got discouraged. This year my goal was simply to just do better. Less eating out, slowly working myself into the gym and drinking more water. These goals are achievable and after 1 month in I have seen amazing results.

    I don’ know if we have a Fit4Less gym near us. I am working on getting the food on track to get fit. That is my main struggle. I like working out when I feel good.

    It’s such a wonderful feeling when you start working out regularly! Your body really starts to crave the movement and it really gives you a lot of energy for the day. Now if I could only get my chocolate addiction under control!

    The company I work for had to do some promotions for fit4less a few years ago so I know that they have incredible gyms and the price is a fantastic deal. If you need a gym then it’s a great option to help you with your fitness goals.

    My Hubby and I set the goal to work out together on a more consistent schedule. We actually have a gym right at home but never seem to make or find the time to use it.

    People often fail at their goals because they start out super big. That is such a mistake. You really do need to start out small and build from there. I also love the idea of finding a low cost gym.

    I so agree with you. Most new year fitness resolutions fail. Starting small is a great way to make a good start and stay focused on the goal.

    We’re already into February and I haven’t done much to make positive changes. Consistency rather than a crazy fad diet or routine is so important. Hoping to make some changes this month!

    Focusing on fitness is a great! There are so many benefits to staying in shape and though I have fallen off the wagon, I hope to set and stick to new fitness goals.
