Excellent supply suggestions, especially with the growing need for technology. My oldest just started high school and I plan to get her a laptop for Christmas.

I think you are amazing taking care of kids and now going back to school. I loved all the new tech but the HP Envyx360 is my next purchase and I need a new laptop..

The back to school shop is always a bit crazy, making sure you got hold of everything needed and nothing was forgotten eek!

I really like getting my electronics from Best Buy. I loved discovering what’s new in tech from Microsoft through your post. That laptop looks so neat.

Best Buy has such cool stuff. We go there often for supplies we need. My kids will be needing a laptop so we’ll probably get it there!

All of these are great for back to school. Some would make great gifts for Christmas as well

This is most definitely the ultimate was. My kiddos would love anyone of those things to help him with school. I am starting to think about getting him his own computer and I like what you have here. I will definitely check them out.

Nowadays, most schools require kids to have their own tablet or laptop. Parents often complain because of the cost. This replaces the heavy books that we used to carry in our bags.

I want a wireless printer! It would make life so much easier!

  • Reply Angela Ricardo Bethea August 17, 2018 at 5:53 am

Those are some great items to choose from. Though sometimes it all depends on what is needed I think the laptop and flash drive is a must in most schools I know.

I think we have some version of just about all of these in my house right now, except the wireless presenter. That’s really cool! I want one now, even though I never actually present anything, lol.

The keypad on the USB stick is a great idea. Never hurts to be cautious with your data and a potential thief may not even consider taking it when they see it has a combination on it.

It’s good to make sure the kids have everything they need before getting back to school. Love how complete this guide is! Perfect for parents especially with kids going to school for the first time!

I remember the old days of pencil boxes and tablets. Now everything is electronics. Wow.

I have the Surface Pro and I use it for my Cyber Security classes that I just started and I LOVE it! I highly recommend it to others. However, right now I’m going to look into that Kingston DataTraveler with the keypad to put in a pin because Cyber Security you would think I would need that right?!

This is a great list and covers so much of what you need for back to school shopping! I want all the things on this list for me too!

What a great back to school shopping list. My girls go to “Bring Your Own Device” schools so they have to bring a tablet, laptop or smartphone to school.

Great list, my kids are in need of new laptops. I have my eye on that HP Envy. Looks really neat.
